As a growing business, we currently build to order, ensuring each project is tailored to our clients' specific needs and preferences. You are always welcome to visit and view our current projects. At present, we are in the process of fitting out our 8m custom order and beginning work on our Tiny Home Expo model, which we will be showcasing in September.

All of our tiny homes are crafted from start to finish in Inverleigh. We operate by appointment only, so please get in touch with us if you'd like to schedule a meeting and discuss your project.

Our Tiny Home builds typically take 6 to 8 weeks, from the arrival of the trailer to the day of delivery.

We are fully licensed builders and collaborate with licensed local tradespeople. Each member of our team is fully licensed and insured within their respective trades, ensuring the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Owning land provides an ideal location to park your Tiny House. Alternatively, you may choose to place your Tiny House on friends' or family members' property, or rent land with a weekly payment arrangement. Please be sure to check with your local council regarding permit requirements, as regulations can vary between different areas.

Absolutely! While each off-grid site is unique, we can equip your Tiny House with a complete off-grid setup, including a solar power system, battery storage, gas appliances, a composting toilet, and an on-site water system—everything you need to live sustainably and comfortably off the grid.

Absolutely! Delivery day is always a highlight for us – we take great pride in bringing our freshly built Tiny Homes to their forever homes, ready to begin a new chapter for their owners.
